Business Intelligence company refers to either of the following two:

  • An organization which provides business intelligence tools or application
  • An organization which provides business intelligence services.

Example for first kind of BI company includes Microstrategy, Cognos, SAP, I-flex etc which provide business intelligence applications or solutions.

Example for the second type include any typical information technology company like Infosys, Wipro, TCS etc which provide human resources who have expertise in business intelligence tools as well as BI domains.
