Business Intelligence: BI describes a set of processes and technologies for simplifying and enhancing the use of information within a Company.

Data mining: DM is s branch of computer science, is the process of extracting patterns from large data sets by combining methods from statistics and artificial intelligence.
Data mart: A data mart is a repository of a business organization's data implemented to answer very specific questions for a specific group of data consumers such as organizational divisions of marketing, sales, operations, collections and others.
Data analytics: DA is the science of examining raw data with the purpose of drawing conclusions about that information. Data analytics is distinguished from data mining by the scope, purpose and focus of the analysis. |
